Castellucci Hospitality Group is looking for a highly organized Corporate Administrator to join our restaurant group. This role serves as the backbone of our administrative operations with a strong emphasis on accounting functions and financial oversight.
The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining precise financial records, managing accounts payable/receivable processes, and providing critical administrative support that keeps our multi-location restaurant operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with our leadership team to ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency across all restaurant locations.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proficient with accounting software, and able to handle both the day-to-day financial tasks and broader administrative responsibilities that support our growing restaurant portfolio.

Job requirements
Compensation: Salary (Based on experience but starting at $55,000)

Areas of responsibility include (but not limited to):
Process weekly check runs for vendor payments
Provide necessary documentation and support for completing new vendor credit applications.
Respond to and assist with restaurant team inquiries related to accounting and inventory.
Reconcile bank statements in the Restaurant365 accounting system.
Oversee the purchase order process for corporate and restaurant credit card transactions.
Monitor and maintain business licenses and permits for each location.
Enters R&M invoices that are not of regular monthly maintenance
Investigate and resolve Accounts Payable issues, including tracking and resolving missing or lost checks.
Support the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance in reviewing Profit & Loss statements for accuracy, making necessary adjustments or corrections.
